Privacy Policy
H360ventures, LLC, doing business as ICD-10Today (“ICD-10Today”),
the operator of the ICD-10Today.com website (the “Site”) is
committed to protecting your privacy. We believe it is important for you
to know what information is being collected about you, how that information
is being used, with whom it is being shared, and how to contact us if you
have additional questions or concerns. If you do not agree to the terms
of this privacy policy, you may not use the Site.
This privacy policy does not apply to ideas, inventions, business information,
or other content you send by email to ICD-10Today. If you want any ideas,
inventions, business information, or other content to remain confidential,
do not send them to ICD-10Today.
What information does ICD-10Today gather/track, and how is it used?
Information gathered online can generally be categorized as either anonymous
or personally identifiable. Anonymous information is information that cannot
be traced back to a specific individual. For example, ICD-10Today knows
how many searches are queried each day but does not know the names, e-mail
addresses or gender of the people searching. Personally identifiable information
is information that identifies, either alone or with other information,
a particular individual.
Gathering and Use of Personally Identifiable Information
ICD-10Today gathers names, phone numbers, and email addresses, in response
to user request for contact. ICD-10Today uses this information to respond
to user request for further information. ICD-10Today does not gather information
which is provided by users in comments to blog posts. Except for names,
phone numbers, and email addresses, gathered by ICD-10Today in response
to user request for contact, ICD-10Today bears no responsibility for any
matter concerning personally identifiable information which a user may provide,
whether in a comment to a blog post or otherwise.
Gathering and Use of Anonymous Information
Each time a visitor comes to the Site, we collect some information to improve
the overall quality of the online experience, including product monitoring,
product improvement, and targeted advertising. At the Site, we collect,
among other things, the visitor's domain name (e.g. whether the user is
logged on google.com or yahoo.com), referral data (e.g., we record the URL
address of the last website a user visited prior to clicking through to
the Site), and browser and platform type (e.g., Microsoft Internet Explorer
8.0 browser on a Windows XP platform).
In addition to collecting these types of information, ICD-10Today collects
aggregate queries for internal reporting and targeted advertising. We also
count, track, and aggregate the visitor's activity into our analysis of
general traffic flows at our sites (e.g. tracking where traffic comes from,
how traffic flows within the H360ventures properties, etc.). To these ends,
we may merge information about you into group data, which may then be shared
on an aggregated anonymous basis with our advertisers; but ICD-10Today will
not disclose your individual identity or personal data without your permission.
If ICD-10Today presents aggregated information to outside companies, no
personally identifiable information will be disclosed.
Use of 'Cookies'
The Site uses cookies to monitor traffic flow, patterns of travel within
and through the sites, and to dynamically generate advertising and content.
Cookies are a standard Internet technology that allows us to both store
and retrieve login information on a user's system. If a visitor accepts,
our web server will identify the user's cookie for ICD-10Today's use in
internal reporting. If a user accepts a ICD-10Today cookie, but would later
like to remove it from his or her computer, he or she can just remove it
from the browser. If you set your browser to refuse cookies, certain functions
of the Site may not work correctly.
Third-party Advertising and Media Companies
ICD-10Today may use third-party advertising companies to serve ads when
you visit the Site. If so, our advertising partners' Ad Server may use cookies
when you view pages on the Site. These cookies collect anonymous information
as a way of measuring the effectiveness of advertising sold on the Site
and to help tailor ads at other web sites you visit. Our sponsors and advertisers
have agreed that they will not collect any personally identifiable information
from users while they are on the Site. If you click on an advertisement
on the Site and visit a site maintained by one of our sponsors or advertisers,
please be aware that ICD-10Today is not responsible for the privacy practices
of those sites. You should read the privacy policies of each site you visit
to determine what information that site may be collecting about you.
Some Ad Servers allow you to opt out of anonymous data collection through
the use of cookies. To do so, you must opt out of such data collection with
each individual site. You can opt out of cookies for several Ad Servers
by visiting the Network Advertising Initiative gateway opt-out site http://www.networkadvertising.org/optout_nonppii.asp.
At that site you can also review the privacy policies of those Ad Servers.
With whom does ICD-10Today share the information it gathers/tracks?
Except as may be required by law, ICD-10Today does not provide third-party
access to your personally identifiable information. The information will
be in the form of grouped statistics compiled from our users' answers to
survey questions and on-site behavior. ICD-10Today will not disclose the
contact or demographic information of any individual user to advertisers
or any other outside organization without the express permission of the
individual.
User Research
On occasion, ICD-10Today will make available to potential advertisers and
research firms aggregated results from research it has conducted on its
user base. ICD-10Today will only provide such demographic information on
an aggregated anonymous basis and does not disclose individual member profiles
without user consent.
Internal Privacy and Security Policies
ICD-10Today exercises commercially reasonable efforts to protect personally
identifiable information against loss, unauthorized access, disclosure,
misuse, or modification. Such measures include, without limitation, organizational
measure (such as contract provisions, limiting access to those who need
to know the information), technological methods (such as passwords) and
physical measures (such as segregating the information in physically separate
and protected computer servers). Information collected by ICD-10Today from
the Site is also stored on servers operated by a third party hosting service.
For further information concerning security policies of ICD-10Today’s
third party hosting service, see http://info.yahoo.com/privacy/us/yahoo/security/.

Special Policy With Regards to Information from Children Under Thirteen
In accordance with the Federal Children's Online Privacy Protection Act
of 1998 (COPPA), ICD-10Today will never knowingly request personally identifiable

of 13, we will never voluntarily share their personally identifiable information
with third parties, regardless of their stated preference given at registration.
